  Our server room split unit's pump went out for the second summer in a row, coinciding again with the hottest week of the year. The team of Mike and Julio diagnosed the issue, and then installed a heavier duty pump for our system, and did it in a professional and efficient manner. The upgrade required some fabrication and thinking outside the box, and the two tackled the job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, and are glad we have Willamette as our HVAC company. Thank you

  I’m using my daughter’s account because my text box wouldn’t appear when attempting to review and I felt a dire need to warn people. The rookie they sent came 3 times, never solved the short, burned a wire and lied to the office that he put the covers back on…why because he didn’t know how to solve the problem. The office was unprofessional handling my call. Go ahead and keep my money but I’m warning everyone to stay away from this company.

  Devin and Jay were amazing! We had a unusual system that the average Joe would not have figured out nor been able to give us a good report on. I've been in real estate 35 years and used a lot of different companies and during this recent cold snap it was hard to get anyone. Willamette not only showed up quickly but they brought the A-Team and these guys came in and diagnosed a funny sound that was coming from one of the motors in a gas-fired forced air hot water heat system. they got it done quickly and it a budget my client could afford and I cannot thank them enough! Rest assured from now on they get first call on any and all HVAC work that we have! I highly recommend this company and I know things will never go perfect on a job but today they did and for that I'm extremely grateful! Happy holidays everyone!
