  They installed my furnace several years ago. They did a great job. Our Daikin system broke last week. They came out quickly and diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes. They had the parts in a few days and had it fixed the day after the parts came in. During the weekend we were waiting for the parts, our furnace stopped working. So all our heat sources were broken at the same time (Murphy and his law...). I called them. It was late on Friday. She was amazing. She offered to let me borrow portable space heaters until they could get here Monday. When I told her what the furnace was doing, she immediately knew what was wrong and told me how to fix it. She was right. I had my furnace working again within 30 minutes and it didn't cost a dime. I love these guys.

  We recently used Garoken to replace our furnace and AC. From start to finish Donna and her team were very professional. There were no surprises throughout the process and we felt very informed. They were very flexible on the installation date and we were able to easily work them into our overall project schedule. We are extremely satisfied with all aspects of their work and would definitely use them again.

  Scott Smith tuned up my furnace and AC yesterday. He was prompt, efficient, courteous and very professional. Garoken and Scott have done a great job taking care of me and my HVAC needs since I moved here in 2015. I'm a fan. Keep up the good work.
