  We had Rubi install a new AC unit earlier this year and Rene Flores and team did an excellent job! Rubi was so thorough and meticulous with the installation. They provided us with the confidence of the service and I would highly recommend Rubi for your Heating and Cooling needs. They are very customer service oriented and honest!   I scheduled an appointment with Rubi to come out and clean the HVAC and dryer vent at a new house that we moved into. The day of my scheduled appointment they cancelled and said that their truck was not working properly. I asked to be contacted and rescheduled when they were able to provide the service. No response. I sent a follow up email and that was 10 days ago.... still no response! I would recommend finding a company that will actually follow through with their commitments. Rubi Heating and Cooling is obviously not the company.

  Rene gave us a good price for a heat pump and furnace replacement. He installed them quickly and we were cool before the heat wave was over. Very professional!
