I was in a very desperate situation, the weather was freezing. The day before Easter & the coldest April in Oregon in over 50 years. It's a weekend :Saturday, no other heating repair companies were answering their phones. My brand new tenants, who just moved in, were very cold all night and have young children, there very first night there. I Called Corey and he was booked for the day and more, he went out of his way added a extra emergency stop in a heavy rain hail storm and was so honest and had the repair part on his van that was a furnace ignitor that broke and he replaced and saved the day/night. I highly recommend Corey of Tanner Heating if your heater stops working any day of the week!!!!!

Tanner heating and cooling came out immediately to assess the problem with my furnace while other big name HVAC companies played hard-to-get. Mr. Tanner respects the urgency of the my request, and went above and beyond to work with my home warranty company to get a replacement furnace ordered and installed. His workmanship was excellent, and he explained everything very clearly through out the installation. Highly recommend Tanner heating and cooling!

Technician's name was Corey. The technician who came to my home told me I had a diagnosis of a cracked heat exchanger.. He freely acknowledged he did not open up to do an actual visual inspection on the unit. He said it was because the flames were showing oranwe're showing Orange. Another contractor came and told me the Orange was caused by dirty burners in crossover tubes. He told me my furnace was a safety hazard and had to turn it off and I must buy a new heating system.. You wouldn't offer me a replacement part option even though the parts are under the factory warranty I do. He told me that he'd exchange her how to factory recall and I asked for a manufacturer's bulletin. The bulletin he provided stated The furnace needs an additional grounding wire for a lot of models in my model was not one of them.. Dishonest, Deceptive, And clearly is not trained in basic service and maintenance on heating equipment. He clearly only cared about selling me new equipment equipment and not resolving my basic me this thing my basic maintenance problem.

I am sorry you feel I was not giving you accurate information. Why are you still asking me to quote you a replacement furnace? I'm sorry your home warranty company did not cover my recommendation of replacement of the unit and appreciate your frustration.
