  Westshore Mechanical has been easy to contact and quick to set up service on short notice. Brian has been great, he first came out for fall tune up prior to heat coming on, and immediately noted some issues we needed to have addressed. He has been prompt and on time, gets the service done quickly and efficiently, and clearly has a lot of experience doing what he does. Professional and looking out for our best interest, Brian communicates effectively and clearly, set good expectations for next steps for both parties, was easy to contact and friendly to boot. I appreciated his kindness and experience. I feel I can trust this company to do right by me and get the issue fixed the first time. Thank you for being a company with great values and great service and great employees!

  Started out with a service call on my older furnace and was to the point of disrepair and I knew my a/c wasn’t far behind. My tech was Mike and he was very knowledgeable and didn’t sugarcoat that it wasn’t probably worth fixing. After talking with him and the owner I chose to do a complete system. They were very quick about sizing my new system and gave me a range of options to best fit my families needs. They assigned Harley and Scuba to do my install and what a great team they are. They made quick work of removing the old furnace and getting the new one installed to get the house warmed back up. Best decision I’ve made by far! Can’t wait to see how the a/c works in the summer!!

  West Shore is the only place I could find that repairs a gas fireplace. Brian did a great job. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all our questions and finished the job quickly. I will definitely use West Shore Mechanical again and I highly recommend them.
