  Called them on a Saturday. Got a return call in less than 5 minutes. Came to my home immediately and knew what the problem was right away. Had it fixed and pilot going in under 10 minutes. Very friendly, professional and very reasonable rate. Problem fixed quickly. Check or cash required for emergency call. Would 100 percent call them again for service

  I woke up this morning with no heat. I called Mike from Tri-Cities who installed my furnace years ago. it was 7:30 am. He was here in less than 10 minutes. Mike fixed the problem for now and is ordering a part. It's imperative that you know the response, understanding and action that this company will do. I highly recommend Tri-Cities heating and cooling. Trust is not given easily. Thank you.
