  There is nothing worse than coming home from work to water in your finished basement. Being a first time homeowner I had no clue what I was doing. From the moment I called to have someone come out to the very end of clean up 3 days later the Serv Pro team explained everything they were doing each step of the way. Having a knowledgeable crew to take out flooring and carpet that was dripping wet was a huge time saver and it was done seamlessly. Fans and dehumidifiers were put in place and then rechecked every day for the next couple days until everything was dry. I would recommend this top notch service for anyone that has to deal with this unfortunate life event.

  I had a water leak and had damage to my ceiling. Called serv pro and they came out immediately. They scheduled me for a specific time and the crew arrived a few minutes early which was great. Dave and Perry were very polite, friendly and professional and answered all my questions and concerns. They were organized and left the area they worked in clean. They walked me through the whole process. They were very thorough. They even made sure they didn't track any dirt or snow into my house as they came in and out. I would definitely recommend Serv Pro to anyone in need of water cleanup and would highly recommend Dave and Perry. They made a bad situation much better. Thank you for the great service.

  From the initial contact in the Holland office (Coleen talked to us and settled us down) and then sent two excellent workers to assess the situation (Joe Daricek and Kris Davros). They said the removal of all the wet boxes that my daughter had already done and the fans and dehumidifier we had running would be fine-- just run them for several days. They were very professional , courteous and helpful. Thank you!!!! fine
