As a local realtor in Southwest Florida I often have to fix last minute items for my sellers who have already relocated. Home Depot is my go to for ally diy needs. The staff is always extremely helpful in giving me not only the tools but the information I need to get the job done. This location is north Naples is one of my favorite and near my real estate brokerage so it's very convenient. They also offer next day delivery of you do not have a truck making it super convenient. They have the experts you can trust.

Be carefully with this Home Depot's tool rental; we rented a concrete saw machine; it was defective, the blade was working very poorly, the machine has not power at all, probably because it wasn't maintained correctly; my guy didn't want to finish the job until he finds a better machine; I took it back to home depot and even after speaking to Aaron the  assistant manager; they forced me to pay for it; they don't even cared that we spent thousands of dollars every month on that specific location. This Home Depot has been going backward on customer service for the last few years; not sure if it is the change of management or something else. You can call this place all they long, nobody cares to answer the phone and help customers, they just roll you over and over until you are forced top hangup,  :(

This review is focused on the Home Depot parking lot at 2251 Pine Ridge Road in Naples. This great store is missing the mark on the cleanliness and upkeep of its parking lot. I highly recommend the store manager take the time to see the amount of trash in front of the store along with randomly left shopping carts. The lack of cleanliness is not in keeping with this fine store and the great people who work there. Thanks!  BLC

Looking for sprinkler parts. Service tech in that area had o interest in helping me find the right parts. What happened to home depot? If you are hiring people to assist the leash you can do is making sure they know how to serve.people

In Naples the main choice you have is Home Depot or Lowes. Pretty much the same store near the same location. They will have most things you need as long as it’s not a specialty part or item. The garden area has a reasonable selection but you’re better off going to a nursery especially if you want to talk to someone for advice. There’s rarely anyone to ask for help.

We usually deal with the Bonita Springs store but they were out of what we needed. We had an issue after a large purchase and the manager of this store was rude and unknowlegeable.  Calling the store resolves in being on hold then being hung up on numerous times.  The Bonita Springs store ended up resolving our issues and their manager was not only knowledgeable but outstanding to deal with.

Last night I stopped in at Home Depot. (I’m handicap and require a motorized cart.) I entered through the ENTER doors only to find the motor carts all at the EXIT doors so I had to limp all the way to the EXIT. I get there and struggle with the cart to even work. I ask for help but the workers were obviously annoyed to stop there convo to assist me.
Everywhere in the store I had to go, the employees, had zero customer service. No one wanted to assist or simply do their jobs.
By the time I was ready to check out, I asked for someone to assist to carry the toilet. I asked 3 times and no employee was willing to assist a handicap person. A customer offered to assist me, thank goodness. I will never go back to Home Depot again.
I went to Lowes and it was night and day experience. Soooo friendly and super helpful.

Worse customer’s experience ever. They’re around doing other thing different than help a customer. If you ask for help they just said “It’s not my department “. Really bad experience. The place was all messy and hard to navigate because they have several pallets in the middle. I have to load a patio door 72x80 by myself. I just get it here because I’m lowes was $400 more.

Where do I start.  Lack of help. Finding any employees who actually works.  More less forced to use self check out. Forced to use debit or credit. Even tho they have a cash slot. Always stuff on the floor trip hazard in the making at this store. Employees more than 2 sometime 3 standing near self checkout just standing there doing nothing. They just talk to each other. Like serious you have TIME TO LEAN YOU HAVR TO TIME CLEAN. I could save this location plenty of money. First day. Work or go HOME. I HATE THIS STORE EVERY TIME I COME HERE WHICH IS NOT OFTEN

Worst home depot I have ever been in! Most unprofessional smd ignorant employees!!! I was there for almost 2 hours waiting on someone to find someone with a brain, while trying to maintain 2 TODDLERS!! WTH?? I have always trusted home depot! Nobody wants to help, nobody knows anything..its redicules..store is a mess...departments are so unorganized! Uggg
