The Cool Zone service representative (Sam Santiago) was very competent.  He arrived on time and did a very thorough check of my A/C system.  He corrected a couple of problems and took his time discussing with me what he did.  I was very satisfied.  I'm continuing my yearly maintenance agreement with Cool Zone.

This was the best service I have experienced.  I have a very old unit and Cool Zone has kept it running for a couple hundred a year for 3 years now.  This includes service and cleaning.  They did not push me or try to sell me something unnecessarily and did not charge me crazy high prices.    These people have great ethics.   The service has been outstanding.    Jose and Samuel were both extremely polite and knowledgeable.  They explained everything to me in detail.  They were so polite  I had to coax them to have some water.    When I change out my unit, Cool Zone will definitely get my business.    Appreciate your techs and treat them well, they are gems and an asset to your business.

Santiago (Samuel) was very professional and diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving.  He made sure to get on things quickly because we have 2 children and it is the heat of the Florida summer.  Within an hour, the service manager was at our house with the new parts that were under warranty, and they really saved the day.  We used Cool Zone for our initial a/c replacement, continued maintenance, and for repairs.  I couldn’t believe how fast they got everything fixed.  It is the heat of the summer in Florida, so we were extremely happy that they fixed everything so quickly.  Highly recommend!
