This was the best service contractor we have had in Naples! I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends. I am quickly learning that a good AC service contractor is crucial to life in FL and we were lucky enough to find J.P. Brett & Sons through a recommendation of a friend. The staff was wonderful on the phone from my first call and when Cody came out to assess our AC system and install a new thermostat we couldn’t have been more pleased! He was terrific! J.P. Brett & Sons has added a new customer to their list after this awesome experience from start to finish!

The representative for JP Brett & Sons did an outstanding job inspecting our HVAC and explained everything clearly to me. He arrived on time and found a couple things that he ordered from the shop needed to keep our system operating in top-notch shape. I highly recommend this company because they clearly know what they are doing and they also communicate clearly.

My first A/C service with J.P. Brett & Sons and my experience with technician Ray was great. He explained each step of the maintenance process and was willing to answer all the questions I had. I was happy with Ray’s professionalism and attention to detail. I am happy with my selection of this company for an air conditioning system service contract.
