Our old AC unit at our Condo stopped working, Zach came out, diagnosed the issue and got it charged up within an hour.  It was a temporary patch but kept us cool until our new unit arrived and installed the next week.   There team was very responsive, provided professional guidance and got us setup with new equipment and an online thermostat.

After several years of using other HVAC companies I've finally found a good one that I can trust! My service technician Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He answered all of my questions and was completely thorough. Apparently the AC unit was never installed properly and therfore was never serviced properly. Coastal Air Conditioning did the repair for a fraction of what competitors would have charged. I highly recommend using them!

I found Coastal Air conditioning 4 years ago  after using another big company in the Naples area for years. My system had a leak the other company couldn't find so every other month they came and recharged the system after paying 300+ every other month i call Coastal air and Zach came out found the leak and repaired it same day haven't had any issues since couldn't be happier with the services provided to me by Coastal air will be looking to replace in the next year or two and there is no doubt who i will be giving a call.

Have hard terrible luck with our old trane system recently lost a compressor for the second time with the system being 17 years old we decided it was time to replace Zach came out and walked us through all of our different option for replacement the whole process was very painless on the day of the install everything was done it a timely manor Zach and Phillip took great care to protect our hardwood floors putting down both peel and stick plastic to protect the floor as well as drop cloths and when they were done they swept the floors and cleaned up any signs of the work that had been done you would have never know they were there. the new system works great and our electric bill has never been lower.

My air conditioning system when out on Saturday the day before we were heading home for the summer called 12 other companies trying to find someone to come out had ZERO luck called Coastal air conditioning left a  message and Zach called me back within 5 minutes and was out at the house in less than an hour bad blower motor Zach had the motor on the truck and changed it that day i called at noon and was comfortable again by 1:30pm fantastic service! Zach left the work area in my home cleaner than he had found it great attention to detail. you have a customer for life.

When your not sure who to call for your air conditioner needs, Coastal Air is all you need. Professional and honest.
