For years, I had used a competitor to Pure Air.   When my AC stopped working, it was a decision to either fix (out of warranty) or purchase a new AC.   I had explained to my old AC company that I would be getting multiple bids.  From listening to Michael Crothers (Pure Air) Saturday radio show, he displayed honesty, knowledge and a sincere appreciation of the type of questions a home owner would ask.  Michael educated me, answered my questions, provided alternatives and gave me a fair honest price!  He was extremely knowledgeable, didn't oversell me like the competitor and made me feel like a priority.    Installation by  his team members was awesome and quick!   He even did all my warranty paperwork! Without reservation, this is a quality business!

After speaking with several companies, we chose and had a great experience with Pure Air. Micheal was very patient in helping us figure out what we needed. Mike was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood why things were being done. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team (AJ, Roger G, Elvis J, Mike M, Jobanny G, Jude A, Ethan P, Alejandro). They were very polite and friendly. There was very little mess and they always were very concerned with cleaning up after each work day. Overall, we are so happy we decided to choose Pure Air for this project. They made it all as stress free as possible and followed through with everything they promised in a timely manner.

The Pure Air team did a phenomenal job installing a new AC unit and HALO system in my home along with cleaning out the vents and ducts. From my initial conversation with the sales manager, Michael - who was very knowledgeable and responsive - to the technicians ,Junior, Elvis, Jobanney and Ethan - who were professional, courteous, and thorough. The entire process was smooth and went off without a hitch, which was very refreshing. You will not be disappointed in the quality of Pure Air’s customer service and products. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor and stop calling around to get quotes. These guys are the best recommendation I have received in a long time. Michael E put a great deal of time in on the front end to make sure he was properly prepared to do the job right and give us an accurate and firm quote that didn’t increase after the job started when we had no choice but to do it. Even still, thousands less than others with no sacrifice in quality or care! The installation team was prompt, respectful, careful, kind and quick! They came in, did their thing, told me what to expect, did a great job and then cleaned up after themselves each day! Truly remarkable in their industry and I can’t say enough good things about them!

Several months ago my A/C unit gave out at a time we were experiencing a very warm period. I had been under contract with Pure Air for maintenance for several years. I contacted three contractors including Pure Air to get an estimate for the replacement,  I selected Pure Air for the following reasons, I had been pleased with their service leading up to the incident, their bid was competitive and the had been very helpful in bandaging my A/C unit until a replacement could be completed. Their sales persons was low key and professional but best of all was the installation team. They were quiet, professional and followed all the covid protocals .  When they left everything was clean and tidy. I whole heartedly recommend them for both service and A/C purchase and install

I contacted Pure Air when my Lennox air handler ( installed by Lennar in 2016) had a leaking coil, they came out , they worked with their supplier to get me the coil which was under warranty
And actually paid for the part until Lennox credited the part , Pure had nothing to do with the install, they replaced the coil and have been very dutiful in clearing my condensate drain line. That leaky coil allowed the oils to enter the 1” pvc drain, picture bacon grease meeting cold water.
The tech Eli goes above and beyond every time he’s co e , I have an annual service contract w Pure, they’ve never tried to add a surcharge for anything they weren’t due. And they’ve responded to emergency situations in a timely fashion!
