  Dave solved in one hour what another company couldn't figure out in three visits. His professionalism and technical knowledge were top notch. He was punctual, his pricing was very reasonable, and he was willing to spend the time to explain the situation to me in detail. As a bonus, his invoice automatically included all of his measurements so that system performance could easily be tracked over time. Given this flawless experience, I will absolutely call him for any future work. Most importantly, I felt that his work ethic was worthy of customer trust. He clearly didn't focus on finding ways to maximize his profit like many companies do, but instead focused on fixing the problem- quickly and fairly. And so he has earned a loyal customer for life.

  I have been a customer of STA SO COOL for the past 10 years and I could not be more pleased with the product and service that I have received. Dave and crew were able to keep two older heat pumps, at my residence, running and provided quality and valued service. When it came time to replace my older units Dave met with me and we discussed options based on my needs. We installed two new multistage heat pumps that have performed exceptionally and reduced my electric costs by 30 percent. Additionally, with the new units we were able to eliminate the backup propane heater saving additional fuel costs with no reduction in heating capability. Having a quality product is nice however, the service I have received over the years is truly what sets this company apart. Dave personally performs/oversees the work and has the knowledge and experience others do not. I have referred my family members and several friends to STA SO COOL and they have all been equally impressed with the service they received. STA SO COOL will provide all my future HVAC needs!
