  Shannon and his staff are next level Bill always makes you feel special This is a great company to do business with! they stock penalty of parts and get you stuff fast. This is not for the normal home owner do it yourself kind of person They are for HVAC professionals and some contractors The store is clean and organized Prices are alway good I'm am very confident you can always fins something on the internet cheaper for anything generally if your HVAC is down and extra dollar isn't going to make a difference. they alway stand behind the parts they sell.

  After reading some reviews, which a fellow contractor pointed out I decided to write one They always give me great service I noticed the bad ones are related to them not selling to homeowners etc the internet has changed that game. I you don't want to wait and your a service professional - the internet is useless to get someones business or home working that day

  Apparently they no longer sell items to the general public. I guess the company business plan deems that they are ok with losing local sales, as all of these items are available from online retailers. Would have been nice to support local, but hey, don't blame the internet for killing local business, when you change your business plan to force us to buy things on the internet.
