  I can’t say enough about this company! Our thermostat decided to stop working correctly and oil furnace wasn’t working. Tommy came out, replaced the thermostat and right off the bat knew what the issue was with our oil furnace. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things so you understand the problem and how he resolved it. Tommy went over some things with my husband and showed him as he was talking about it. It’s hard finding a good honest company that is for their customers and that’s what R.E. Graves is!!! Highly recommend this company and Tommy!

  I couldn’t be happier with RE Graves. Responsive, reasonable, fair and everything else you want. Ricky also goes the extra mile…like installing a refurbished part temporarily until my new part could come in - allowing me to have heat when I otherwise wouldn’t. Customer service is top notch and then some!!!

  I asked three companies for estimates and Graves was the best by far. One of the largest in my area basically refused to do the job the way I wanted and their estimate was almost twice Ricky's. Instead of having to wait 3 to 5 weeks Graves had the equipment delivered and installed in less than a week. Tommy and his crew were professional and even stayed late to complete the install in a single day. Highly recommended.
