Do Not Shop here!!!! First we ordered a part and being fair it was the wrong part. Then we sent the part back. We were told they couldn't give us a refund because it was installed with scratches on the plug, which it was not. But on top of all of that they wanted us to pay for them to ship the part back to us.. After we paid to have it shipped to us the first time and we paid to have shipped back. Now they want us to pay to have our on part shipped back to us. I own a small business and will NEVER shop here again...

sorry to hear you are dissatisfied. We sell only new and not installed parts. We sent you the part that way and you returned it back to us installed and used. You even admitted to that on the phone conversation. So please write only truths on reviews. Don't make us sound like the bad people here. Had you returned the item in the same condition it was shipped a full refund would have been issued.

I called these guys for an ignitor for my furnace.. They took all the time to help me identify the factory part and we found it to be out of stock.. So, they went to the books and found the proper part to substitute.. then, shipped it from P.A. to Colorado overnight.. these guys helped me so much.. and my furnace is up and working factory fresh.. Thanks for keeping my family warm.. It's going to be 10 below tonight and we'll be cozy with a nice warm house.. You guys ROCK!

I ordered a replacement burner element for my range from McCombs. It was a third-party brand and cost about 60% of the retail part, which was a great deal. Unfortunately, when the part arrived it was only about a 99% match. This was no fault of McCombs, but rather the manufacturer of the item. I reached out to McCombs via email, and they responded quickly. They attempted to assist me with the issue by offering up some tips. I eventually expressed that I was not a master of DIY and did not feel comfortable making small adjustments to the part to get it to fit. They provided a pre-paid shipping label and full refund. Great service all around, and if I was more skilled in the DIY-arena I could have saved a good bit of money ordering from them!
