  Called to get a delivery and they told me that my scheduled delivery was two days later. But they told me that since I was just about out they would deliver the next day. They did not deliver the next day or on my scheduled delivery date. I called again and was told by the customer service rep that she would make sure that we would get a delivery the next day. I again did not get a delivery and called again and they said they would send someone to do a flash delivery and was again told since it was a weekend they would deliver on Monday. Someone came to do the flash delivery and they told my grandson it would last a week. We checked the tank and and it is reading less than 5%. If no delivery is done tomorrow I will be changing propane companies!

  Overall they got the job done. They did call to schedule delivery which no other propane company could seem to do. However, the process literally took 4.5 hours from start to finish just to get set up. Something like 5 calls, two different service team members, 7 emails, just to send me correct link so I could upload my credit history (didn’t want a hard inquiry hit). Best price around I found if you can handle the long process. Service techs were amazing! Super friendly, respectful of our home and went above and beyond

  I have been with Patriot Propane for a short while now and I have to say that I am very impressed with their customer service, their LP pricing and their willingness to do what it takes to satisfy customers. I initially started with Patriot because I was getting ripped off by my previous supplier, paying double to normal price. Every interaction I have had with them has been positive. They have said what they were going to do and did what they said. Every time they scheduled an appointment they were on time and if they could not be there, they called to let me know. While they were at my house they explained everything they did and all the issues they needed to check on my system. I asked them to do some additional work and they were very friendly and reasonable throughout the entire interaction. I do recommend this company, as my experience has not only been positive as compared to to other gas companies but as compared to other utility companies on a whole.
