Got heating oil with them once shortly after moving in. Informed them numerous times not to come back out till we contacted them for services. They agreed and said they’d contact us in February to see if we needed any services. We never signed anything. Skip to a little over a month later (January) and come home to a bill on our door charging us a $1 more per gallon than the first time we received services and we didn’t even ask for them to come out. They never called prior to showing up nor did we even need our tank filled yet. Now they expect us to pay a bill for services we didn’t even request. *Update salesman Steve got in contact with us after voicing our complaint which was awesome to hear that they cared. Steve took good care of us after he had an opportunity to speak to my wife and corrected the mistakes. Very nice to know that their customers voice are heard. Still a little difficult to get ahold of them initially, but once we did we were treated well. There was some miscommunication that has since been cleared up. Thank you Steve.

Did not have any good service with Leffler. That is oil delivery, customer service, service call, quote for new boiler. Overpriced for oil and material and labor quotes. Technician came out for oil smell- he sprays oil literally up my walls as he forgot to screw feed line on after working on it. House reeked for weeks after he left. Top service guy too. The sales guy spent over an hour wasting my time in my home trying to sell split units and a new boiler- that we did not want then says “ I’ll have the quote to you after I get back from my two week vacation” are you kidding me?! Then still says” wait on me”! We only used them because we were grandfathered in from former owner. Really worst experience from a company in all my life. Ladies on phone are pleasant, I want to recognize that though.

My parents have been with Leffler for 20 years and since they passed away, I continued with them for 12 years now. They installed a new heating system to include a AC and heat pump in 2007. Zero problems. This is our vacation home now and they ensure oil is delivered as needed. On top of that they always give us a notice when it is most to our advantage to fill the tank at the lowest costs. Customer service ALWAYS does what they say they are going to do. Absolutely the best company I do business with. Mr. Bartch
