  Installation 2 years ago was slow and painful for our air conditioning systems. We have been having trouble since July and they came and said it's under warranty. 2 months later it still isn't fixed. We are very frustrated. They always have an excuse.....😕

We pride ourselves on our customer service and the behavior you describe is not how we conduct business here at Clark, Inc. The name included with your review does not pull up any customers in our database. There are multiple contractors with similar names in the county, is it a possibility that you might have the wrong one?
