Chad, a/c technician was attentive when checking unit inside and outside. He was conscientious upon returning inside the home by using doormat to avoid tracking in any debris. Chad didn’t appeared annoyed as I sought clarification about my unit. He explained some deficiencies and what was needed for maximum comfort. Very pleasant individual who I appreciated having him in my home. I felt he had my best interest in meeting my needs.

Jeremy scheduled the appt and answered my questions. :) Edgar (the tech rep) arrived on time, completely assessed the system, attic blower & outside unit, explained EVERYTHING with pictures and common-sense repair information in a way i could understand. The estimate is thorough with 16 pictures (i can't get into the attic myself) and he directed me to Admirals' source of financing. I will be updating the review after the repairs are complete because i trust Admiral to do the recommended repairs.

I recommend Hector, and the people at Houston Admiral A/C.. Hector came on time, explained/showed me in detail about my unit, answered all my questions.and they had an amazing rate to check up everything on my unit. It was my first time calling an A/C company out being a new homeowner. And I will only use them..Period!! Thanks Again to everybody over at Houston Admiral A/C and Hector. it was a great experience.
