I called this morning to schedule my first preventative maintenance with this company. They were able to do same-day scheduling. The staff on the phone was very pleasant and professional. Aaron was our technician today, and he did a nice job. He did a thorough inspection, and walked me through all of the components of his visit. I feel like I got very good service.

11/10 experience getting my ac repaired. As a brand new customer I called at 11 and it was fixed by 3. They came highly recommended and I found out why. I got consistent communication about the service call. They didn't send out some teenager or the owners brother helping out on the side, they sent a knowledgeable, experienced, military veteran professional for a more reasonable price than the other places where I had a less positive experience.

Have been using Majestic A/C for 5 years, per builder’s recommendation, and we are very happy customers! They are quick to respond, which is always appreciated in this climate that we live in, and easy to reach by email and phone. I always get a heads up text that my tech is on the way, with a photo and some of his work experience info, which I also think is a nice touch, gives confidence in who is doing the work and who I should expect when I answer the door. They always arrive with masks and shoe booties.
Finally, I am a member in the maintenance program, which helps keep me accountable for having seasonal checks of my two HVAC systems. Whatever work is done gets documented with photos, comments, and an emailed report.  Another nice touch.

I was very pleased with Majestic.  They were professional, kind, helpful, and quick.  Had nice interactions with technician, office staff, and installers of the new evaporator coils.  Will use Majestic in the future.  Thanks.

Majestic lived up to their name.  Aaron was professional and provided outstanding service.  He completed a very thorough examination of my 3 AC units and delivered a comprehensive checklist/report, complete with pictures.  He identified an issue with one my AC units and did not try to upsell me on anything else.  I appreciated his knowledge, communication  and integrity.  I highly recommend Majestic and Aaron!

This is a wonderful company.  Great customer service.  The best part was Frank who came out and did a very thorough job.  He is kind and knowledgeable and very professional.  I want him to come back in the spring for my a\c.  I would highly recommend this company.  My only complaint is that i just saw they have a $59 special and i paid $79 last week.  Major disappointment when money is tight right now.

We live in Alden Bridge and had two units of 22 years old. It was about time to replace them, had several companies come by. Brian from majestic made the best impression, actually measuring, explaining the technologies available and how things work and no push. Installation was quick and efficient by a 3 man crew, we had some tweaks needed after installation. I texted Brian and service technician Kyle came out in a day, and was very professional: all solved, very happy. They were recommended by our neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, they work with the brand Trane, which is one of the best brands out there.

In order to maintain existing warranty on our Trane equipment, Majestic was referred to us by our prior A/C service company owner who is no longer a dealer of Trane equipment. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and called Majestic to perform spring A/C maintenance.

Our experience was excellent from reception of calls (Debbie) to completion of services. Service tech. (Aaron) was very courteous, informative, diligent and thorough. Commendable effort was spent through on-site research, as well as with the assistance of the home office, to ensure that the existing capacitor, which was replaced in 2020, was correct and to spec., so as to maintain the Trane equipment warranty.

The invoicing process, including photos of key performance criteria and condition, is excellent and very professional. Highly recommend!
