The team at Milton Frank were A+.  They were able to come out very quickly and able to diagnose and resolve our issues with low pressure.  The technician was very professional and left the area he worked in cleaner than he found it.  I appreciate the attention to detail like putting the shower handle plate back in the proper orientation and applying silicone to any gaps.  I would highly recommend them.

Milton Frank's is my go-to plumbing service. Each person I have ever talked with is knowledgeable, skilled, and professional, and this company is long-time local in Spring, Texas, area. For this visit, I called at 9 a.m. for repair/replacement of corroded washer connections. Robert was here at 11:45 a.m., gave a very reasonable estimate, and finished the job by 12:30 p.m.

Called at 7 o'clock on a Friday night and tech was there in less than an hour and a half. Kevin was extremely professional and informative.  I would also mention that Diego Hernandez,  who I spoke to on the phone, was awesome. He relayed all the info to Kevin and followed up with me after the repair. Mr. Hernandez was spot on with everything to expect and I was comforted in knowing he helped take care of the situation.

We are very pleased with the technicians that have serviced us.  Any problems had have been fixed right the first time.  They are on time, knowledgeable about what is going on and do an excellent job keeping our HVAC & plumbing humming!

Our company had a great experience this morning with a clogged toilet. the plumber (Carlos) and his techniciann (Oscar) were so efficient and thorough. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do to resolve the problem.  They fixed our problem and cleaned up the area they had worked in.  I will definitly use them again.

Milton Frank Plumbing and Cooling is the company I call on when my air conditioner indicates it needs to be serviced.  The technician is also on time and very knowledgeable and thorough, not to mention polite and well mannered.  Geovanni is a wonderful technician and an asset to the company.

Thus was just an Inspection and they did not see anything wrong with the water heater. He explained reasons why I might not be getting as much hot water as I used to. It was quick and easy and they were very polite.

For security reasons, I really appreciated seeing a picture of our plumber before he came out. This visit was for my 87 year old moms home and she was the only one home at the time.  She said he was on time, very nice, professional, personable and volunteered to clean up after he was done.  I wish she could remember his name. I'm sure you can look it up. He should be commended for his attitude. We were very pleased!!  Thanks again!

Our plumber, Preston, was very cordial and knowledgeable.  He assessed our situation, decided a plan, quoted a price and secured my business.  He then went to work in an effective and efficient manner.  I will definitely use Milton Frank Plumbing should the need arise.
