The BEST! We’ve used Glendale for 20 years and had nothing but the best service. We recently switched to an Air-pump AC/Heating. They handled everything including permits! Fantastic! If you’re looking for a company to help you with heating or AC, look no further. Glendale is the BEST OF THE BEST!

My Disable Grandfather called Glendale heating to fix a thermostat, when the tech came out said said it wasn’t the thermostat. He called out a electrician who said no it was the thermostat… He called Glendale again and amazingly it was the thermostat so they replaced it. After the thermostat was replaced,Grandpa called he spoke with Jon, who had said a adjustment could be done. However sometime later a woman called and told him he had been charged appropriately. This is highly unprofessional he should have never had to jump though all these hoops; this should have been done right the first time he called them. We don’t know if they sent out someone new or a apprentice but this IS NOT OK

Krystal, we came out for a runaway heat call, and there was no problem found at the time of our arrival. When a problem is intermittent it's tough to diagnose if we can't replicate it. Instead of calling us back when the problem happened again you chose to call an electrician instead of calling us back out for a no charge diagnostic. When you called back you requested we replace the thermostat, and we did the work you asked for and charged appropriately. You were not overcharged. The technician is not an apprentice, he has worked for us for decades and has the lowest error rate of any of our techs. Although it seems you are unhappy about the situation, we did respond as soon as you called, sent a qualified tech, and repaired what you asked for. It would have been unprofessional for our tech to take a guess that it was the thermostat and replace it, when we couldn't verify the failure. What we did was quite professional. If you would like to call and discuss it further, I would be happy to talk to you.
