  Extremely disappointed a downturn in their service, especially for a repeat customer. I had previously had good experiences with Accurate, using them for annual service and replacing our furnace. I made an appointment to have them quote replacing our AC over two months ago for March 23rd, only to have them no show. The response was that they implemented a new system and they’re sorry but weren’t going to take new appointments, which is just totally unacceptable. I’m now out two and half months and have little hope of getting the AC done by another company before summer. The mistake was 100% theirs and they can’t even do me the courtesy of squeezing me in when my house is two miles from their office. Simply put I’ll never be back.

  I highly recommend Accurate Heating & Electrical! I called almost in tears after we had just purchased our first home, my husband was out of town, and our electric wall heaters didn't work when I turned them on for the first time. They assured me they would help and for a fair price. LuAnn was very responsive and got someone out to our house quickly. We ended up getting a couple other offers that said we'd need to replace all of our electric wall heaters and thermostats. Accurate Heating electrician, Tyler, said we didn't need to replace the majority of the heaters but rather they just needed to be cleaned out since it was an old house and the heaters hadn't been cleaned in decades. Overall, they saved us a lot of money and were lovely to work with. If you want an electrician with experience that will not rip you off and are fairly priced, go with Accurate Heating and Electrical! THANK YOU!!

  They replaced our furnace and installed a new ac unit a little over a year ago. They always contact you, listen to you and communicate with you. If you have to leave a message they get back to you by the end of the business day. Very courteous and personable. Have since had other contractors in our home and they always comment on how nicely done our HVAC and AC systems are. We are warm and toasty in the winter and cool in the summer! Had them back for a service check in and everything is great so far too. Highly recommend them for any HVAC/AC new units, maintenance or repairs. They are familiar with NW style houses, awkward spaces and city codes. This is a really great local company that is straight forward with you and offers honest prices. They also treat females with respect. By far the best contractors I've ever worked with.
