  I have been complaining about the residential construction process I have been in for 12 months (lol) and I can say with absolute certainty that Eric has been the exception to this industry. I literally was referred people from my AC companies that didn’t return my call and simply googled energy calculation and his company pulled up. I called, he answered, I gave him a virtual tour, provided documents I already had prepared in order to pull my permit, and within TWO hours from the moment I dialed his number I had the form I needed in my email. He invoices via email so everything is automated. I honestly wish other vendors had the sense of urgency like Eric. I am so appreciative and thankful I found him!!!

  Initially this company had done calculations based on errors of the information they had been given. I contacted by email and provided corrected information and the revised calculations were in my email inbox the next morning. This is customer service FAR EXCEEDING REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS.
