  Mark and Tyler came to maintain the HVAC system in the condo unit. As always, these Dr. Kool experts arrived promptly, serviced the system, updated me on the system’s age, etc and completed their scheduled maintenance . I appreciate their courteous manner and their skill! Dr. Kool employees are trustworthy and professional in demeanor and ability to maintain the HVAC. Thank you

  They have installed 4 new A/C units for me in condo’s. Very competitive in price and installs went smooth. Marc the owner came out and made sure we were happy. Tyler the technician has done all of our work and is great to work with! The office staff is also very helpful.

  I am the Property Manager at The Boulevard, and Dr. Kool's crew installed all 92 units for this complex. Marc and his team were amazing. They finished earlier then expected. Also Josh the main technician was wonderful and was very professional. I appreciate the work that all of them did, and would defiantly recommend them to anyone looking for any HVAC services. Thanks Marc for all the help
