  If you need heating or cooling help, do not miss out on getting that help from Southern Heating and Cooling, Inc.! They are A+! We had the pleasure of getting our AC unit replaced by this wonderful company. Ricky and Alyssa are top notch humans, as well as the service they provide is the utmost professional and caring way. We were referred to Ricky through a mutual friend and must say, never expected to be so happy! The very day that we contacted Ricky and Alyssa, they made an appointment for Ricky to come to our home that same evening to take a look at the AC system we had. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The next day we received a quote with all the details explained. In addition, the quote was very reasonable considering the job. Days later, our new AC was installed and we had the peace of mind that we would not suffer from the SWFL heat while inside our home! Not to mention, our two large take up a lot of space dogs didn't have to get shaved bald due to overheating! Truly an amazing experience and above and beyond all expectations! :D Thank you again, Ricky and Alyssa - you both are so appreciated!

  I cannot thank Southern Heating and Cooling enough! We just purchased our home a few months ago and we woke up one morning to it not working. We have 2 massive dogs and need our AC. The lady I spoke to on the phone was SO SWEET with wonderful customer service, she was able to send Ricky out within the hour too! He got our 21 year old system up and running in under 2 hours. Very honest, reliable and polite!

  Rick the owner is one of the most responsible guy I ever meet. I know him for over 10 years. He always answers the phone and get there at time. You can't find that anymore, especially with ac companies. There price is also cheaper than other companies.
