  Connected through my home warranty. Call him and he doesn't say his business name, ok not a big deal. I tell him my name and address and that I was told to schedule an appointment (by now he should of received my info via email). He then says, "For who?" My response, "um me?" Anyway super long story short this guy is unprofessional and acted as if my call was bother him. Called my warranty company back and said, send me someone else.

  Very hard to reach and not responsive. Voice mailbox not set up. Could not figure it what was wrong with our AC system
