My dryer wasn’t drying my clothes. It was getting hot but not drying. Chase suggested it may be clogged. He and his sweet wife came to my house on a Sunday and unclogged my dryer vent for me so that I could get our clothes washed and dried for the week! Amazing service. They are both so friendly and will go the extra mile. Will definitely be using them for future services.

Chase came out this morning to fix a problem for us. He was on time, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He even took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and check a few other things to prevent future issues, and all for a very reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! These guys came out same week and did an amazing duct cleaning job. They were very friendly and very considerate of my home, our dogs, and our belongings. They left everything better than they found it - and then some! I could not have picked a better team for our air duct and dryer vent cleaning and I have recommended them everywhere!

Had Cates Services out on February 25th to do both a hvac clean and a drier vent cleaning. They showed up perfectly on time amd were great about explaining exactly what they needed to know in order to get the job done fast and easy. From there I just sat back and relaxed. They put everything back in better shape than when they moved it and I couldn't be happier with the service. I'm ready for the summer heat now.

I called Cates Services for vent and duct cleaning in my home. The previous owners smoked in the home for over 20 years. They Came out next day and were extremely friendly, professional and quick But thorough. The guys took the time to show me the clean filter they were using in their machine for the before and then showed me the after when the cleaning was complete. It was unreal what came out of there. The air quality is much better and we also have much better air flow. In addition we had some duct work that had been disconnected under the house so we we basically air conditioning the crawl space and the guys took care of that as well. Within 24 hours our house is now cooling like normal and the unit isn’t working near as hard. I can’t say thank you enough for Cates Services for the great work they did!!!

My wife had Cates Services out today to clean our ducts and dryer vent. She was impressed and very pleased with their service. They were thorough and explained everything along the way. I give them a very good recommendation.

Chase is above and beyond satisfactory on all levels. He responded quickly when I messaged him for help when my furnace wouldn't work. He made a point to get here at the earliest possible convenience. He was in and out and fixed the problem quickly. My heat was back up and running in a matter of minutes! I'd recommend Cates Services to all of my friends and family.

Contacting Cates for Duct Cleaning was a call worthwhile. We were very pleased with the  service they provided. I have noticed a huge difference in our air quality and dusting is less frequent, due to the Ducts being cleaned. The techs were on time, respectful of items in home and cleaned their working area before leaving. I would recommend hiring Cates for any HVAC work that needs to be performed. If you have any issues after service is completed, they will resolve without hesitation. I would rather support a local company than a major company because to most major HVAC companies, you are “just a customer”, to Cates, you are their “VIP customer”. Great job guys.
