  Not Dependable. I've called three times over the last 10 to 12 days and I have yet to received a call back. I am looking to replace my heating & a/c system in my condo unit. They have my name, phone # and property address. Perhaps they have no desire to deal with condos ? At least call. Poor business practice. I will take my business elsewhere.
