  I emailed them and had a non responsive. Don't recommend a company who doesn't respond because you are a small buyer and not a big ticket buyer. How they have lasted so long I don't know. None responsive equals none caring for small individuals. I don't recommend them.

  Mr Wells, you know nothing about our business to write such a horrible review! We will sell you one screw, one elbow or 1000 screws or 100 elbows if you needed them. We are not about the amount of the sale! We are not a company of people in suits who sit at desks all day looking at our computers all day! We are taking care of customers all day many of whom have been our customers our entire 52 years in business. We pride ourselves on personal service. We don't do emails! You call you get a response from us, all you had to do was pick up a phone. I am sure you have a phone, it is 2021! 98% of emails we get are from scammers! Does your local hardware store do emails? We are like your local hardware store. You tell us what you are doing, we figure out what you need, you stand there and we get your order. We don't have time to look at emails! Our customers don't have to walk around a huge warehouse store hoping to find someone who knows something and try to find the one part you are looking for but can't because no one knows anything! We have employees who answer questions and help you solve your issues with hands on customer service. You can always stop in and you can always call us, but no we don't do emails! Very upset by your review as we give 110% every day for our customers and don't stop until they have what they need to finish a job. and furthermore you emailed us on a friday, and on monday I answered your email! Early mornings are the only time I look at my email! We are working hard the rest of the day! God Bless!
