  We had Total Comfort install two ductless wall units in our house. We wanted to avoid having the compressor located near our patio so after Joe came and did an estimate we asked him to come back and figure out a different arrangement. He did so without complaint, was very informative, figured out the new configuration and we were all set. The administrative assistant, Diane, was friendly and efficient in scheduling. The electrician and the crew were thorough and so pleasant to deal with. Very impressed with the work and looking forward to summers free of putting in and taking out noisy window units. Highly recommend this company!

  Total Comfort Control. They really are “Hot and Cool...😎!” We worked exclusively with Total Comfort Control on a full HVAC system installed in our home. From our first prebuild planning meeting with the owner Joe, we quickly realized we had a great partner to build our dream home. Everyone at TCC from Joe, to his office team to any of the field technicians, are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and take the time to explain options and implications. They also do it in a way that you can understand which is often not the case with other vendors. Even when we made some tweaks to our initial design after living in our home a few months, they were creative with solutions and fast to implement. They always call when they are on the way and remind us at every turn what customer service should be for others. Well done TCC!
