  Chris Came out to take a look at our issue for our second floor tenants without hesitation even though I called after hours. Came back the next day once he had all the parts to repair the broken expansion tank and old style valves. Great Customer Service Awesome Pricing and Good Quality Work. THANKS A MILLION CHRIS!!

  Chris was the best. Late evening same-day call, he fixed the parts I needed and got my 1980's system running for about half what some of the bigger names in this town rip you off for. Highly recommended Total HVAC, and will be using their services again for my heat system and my AC.

  Called today for an emergency visit as our ac stopped working at our tenants residence and we needed it checked out ASAP . Chris states he would be there between 630-7 if not earlier. 7 comes and goes, no show, I called again and he said he was running a little behind and would be there by 8pm. It’a now 10:33, he never showed, never called, and our tenant is out of AC. If you need someone to stick to a time frame and their word, off our experience I’d say go elsewhere.

  I apologize we had a death in the family it was a tough situation to see and I offered to go Saturday morning to try and help The services will be this week
