  Cherry City Heating & Air Conditioning is a great company to work with! They were the lowest price quote that we received from four different companies to replace a control board on our furnace and did a great job with installation. They also provided great insight and knowledge about how the furnace operates and simple maintenance that I can do myself. On a subsequent call, after I did several things to try and troubleshoot it myself, they pinpointed the problem quickly and did not charge us for the call. This phenomenal customer service is a direct reflection that they still care about the customer. They will always have my business!

  Our Furnace went out and we called Cherry City, Ron came out right away and got our furnace fixed and up and running in no time. We had another company look at before Cherry City and they charged me $160 to look at it and said they had to order parts which would have cost me over $1000. Chery City came out and fixed it for $170.

  Our furnace stopped working and I called Cherry City Heating, they had a tech at my door the next day and it turned out to be a simple fix, I was worried that I would have to spend a bunch of money and replace my furnace but they got it back up and running and offered me options for future reference, I would recommend to anyone that is just tired of being taken by hvac companies. These guys really care about their customers and offer a service you don't really see anymore. Thanks for taking care of me and my family and truly caring about others.
