When my furnace starting having problems, they sent out a technician to look at it. We determined it wasn't worth fixing (the furnace was 30 years old). They came out and gave me an estimate for a new furnace and then came out to measure for the installation. The installers did a great job replacing the furnace , installed a new thermostat and two carbon monoxide detectors. Every person I dealt with was professional and came at the time specified. I would highly recommend Salem Heating to anyone needing heating or cooling work .

Our experience with Salm Heating was outstanding. Starting with Scott which did up the proposal choosing the proper equipment for our home. Ed who did up the pre installation measurements, answering any questions we had. Finally Mark who installed the furnace and air conditioner, making sure all worked properly and cleared all the old equipment. Showed me how everything worked and answered any questions. Everyone from start to finish was professional and courteous. Would highly recommended Salem Heating to anyone needing furnace and air conditioner service or repair. Great job everyone. Thank you.

Salem heating installed our Lennox furnace and AC when we built our house 26 years ago. When we decided to replace them with more energy efficient units, we wanted Salem Heating to do the work. Our installers were Randy and Brady. They are professional and very knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and walked us through the programming of the thermostat. We had a great experience and would recommend Salem Heating and Sheet Metal to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service.
