  It's been 12 days since this company has been assigned to my home warranty claim. Whoever is in charge of simply sending a diagnostic to my home warranty provider has neglected to do so. In the 3 times they've been asked to send it their secretary just says that they're going to do it. I've allowed days in between each contact thinking they would pull through or at least contact me about a delay. No transparency or cooperation. **Update** My home warranty company has reassigned my claim to a completely different company after calling the company phone 10 times and reaching a voicemail that isn't even set up. They even tried calling technicians directly. I hope they drop you completely as an option for future contracts.

  If I could give a zero star I so will. Extremely rude and poor customer service I ever had. No one showed up to my appointment nor called me. So I called the office and the receptionist was absolutely rude person. She did not care if I wasted my day or not. Not even close to apolpgetap she was actually opposite. The need to take some serious business/costomer survive classes or something. I will never going to deal with them ever. I will pray for them. They need Jesus.
