  Michael from Carolina Air Innovations is a true professional! He replaced all of our duct work after Florence flooded our crawl space. He was on site to provide an estimate within days (while some roads and neighborhoods were still inaccessible), ordered the parts that same day, and his team completed the repairs ahead of schedule. This is a feat, considering the entire eastern side of the state had been hit by the hurricane and needed work! Throughout the whole process, he kept in regular communication, worked to accommodate our needs, and delivered exactly what he promised. Michael was completely professional, trustworthy, responsive, affordable, and a man of his word. I will call him again if I ever need any work done on my HVAC.
