The tech came out to administer a minor adjustment/replacement of a part in the tankless water heater. He was quick, friendly and pleasant to talk to he went over the work he administered. He was quick.

Called them out to diagnose why my oil furnace (which was working fine before they filled my oil) was suddenly acting up. They showed up for 15 minutes, turned my thermostat on and off, were incredibly rude to my wife, and told me there's nothing wrong but I should call them to get it cleaned. Then they want to charge me $129 just for coming out and telling me something I already knew. Absolutely outrageous. If I had known ahead of time that they were going to charge that much, I would have just gone ahead and had it cleaned first. Tried calling them to dispute the charges and they told me thats the standard charge if its for 5 minutes or the full hour. Will definitely be switching oil suppliers.

Have been customer for 3 years at my residence. was happy. Trouble with HVAC at work, called them, technician was clueless. Spent couple of hours trying to figure out with no results. Said thermostat needs to be changed and another person is bring it. We offered to go get it from Home Depot and he kept telling couple of minutes, wasted 2 hours. I drove and bought it and the other technician still was not here. Installed it, no result. They called their "boss", waited another hour. I expressed my concern over incompetence of the 1st technician, the boss said he will take care of the billing part. Boss fixed it in 15 minutes. Received bill for extensive hours. Called "Jeff" concerning the same, left message, no follow up on it. called again as I did not want it to be on me for non-payment, was told Jeff has family emergency and someone will follow up to address the issue. Still waiting. Edit - Jeff reached out to me and corrected the bill to appropriate amount. Hence the rating changed to 5 star from 1 star!
