  Absolutely honest & professional & trustworthy. Not out to squeeze whatever they can get out of you just one time, but to have it continuing business relationship with you. They have been my "AC/Heating guys" for years! They really care about their customers and whether or not you are suffering in the heat or the cold.

  I called early in the morning on a Friday, to leave a message, hoping they’d be able to schedule us within the next week. Joey called back within less than an hour, and had someone at the house soon after! Totally awesome that we didn’t have to wait through the weekend!! Both air conditioning units needed the coils cleaned, and to be checked for Freon. Very professional team, and left my house as clean as when they arrived; but much cooler!!

  Berthelots installed my unit several years ago. Called this week, and my call was answered promptly and they came out the same day!
