  Manuel came to the house 1/10 to give us an estimate on new heating ducts. Not only was the price affordable, but he explained everything. Then on 1/27 Mason and another gentlemen (sorry don't remember his name) came to install. They were busy from the time they got out of the truck till the end. They were very pleasant, informative and cleaned up all the mess. You couldn't even tell they were here, except i now have heat in the right places. I would recommend Foulks and any of their service techs to do the job any day.

  Comfortable, comforting, professional and courteous people with a fantastic product! The office helped make the appointment. Manuel was impressive as he went throughout the attic. I know he knew every inch of it before he came out the first time. Manuel went over everything with me to make sure I understood the different systems, quality of each, warranties and the company. Even when I said I was ready to sign instead of sleeping on it, he told me to sleep on it to make sure I picked the system I wanted. I didn’t need to. I’d researched & Manuel’s efficiency in explaining everything helped. He answered the few questions I had . Manuel had an “obsession” to make sure I was happy with everything. The team today worked just as I was told they would. The attic was inspected almost as much as the day before even though they had photos. It was impressive how they took apart the old system & carried it out a small attic access window on the side of the house & down a ladder! They communicated well with each other making their efforts as a team work. More team work came carrying the system up the ladder into the attic! Having to install an extra vent was no fun to cut through the old 40’s ceiling of tongue & groove wood & sheet rock. I was showed how to use the new thermostat. It is quite unique! I love the color of that big Trane unit sitting outside! The guys cleaned up as they worked and the only way you can tell they were here is that big quiet Trane unit outside and the beautiful feeling of comfortable, clean air inside! I was without heat & ac for almost 3 years. When I tell you I’m a happy girl, I mean it! Thanks for taking care of me! I have an “obsession” with being comfortable inside & outside! 💙

  I was very pleased with Manuel’s professional services today. He explained everything to me so I could understand the repairs and he told me about the maintenance program the company offers. He was very kind and considerate by giving me options for servicing the heating and cooling system in my home.
