I highly recommend Nick's Heating and Air! They were able to come out the same day and figure out what the problem was with my heat. I got a quote the day before from another company in the area, and they quoted me OVER DOUBLE what Nick's quoted me. They ordered my part and fixed it the very next day. Jason was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. We will be replacing our unit soon and will definitely use Nick's for that and future repairs.

Jason/repair tech was absolutely great, he was courteous and very professional. He explained the issued and visibly showed the trouble and how it was repaired. Thank you  Mallory and Nick's Heating & Air for making this experience one want we forget.

Nick's upgraded my system a couple of years ago and maintained it ever since. The people are obviously very well trained in all aspects of the technology and in customer relations.

Nick's comes 2x a year. We always take the 7am slot. I get a text when the guy is en route, and he's fast and efficient. Sign on the phone, get a text that he's done... etc. Very easy and we trust that they're doing good work b/c we haven't had any problems.

I have been a customer for years and trust them to take care of my air conditioners (I have 2 central units) and advise me when it is time to replace something.  They are reliable and efficient and take good care of things for me.
3/29/2022 They installed a dual-speed 17-SEER Carrier unit plus new air handler for me.  Another wonderful job.  They were considerate of my wood floors and when they left everything was neat and tidy. They even swept the floor and the stairs.  A great group.

Nick’s was Everything I wanted them to be Fast, On Time and fixed my Ac issues in a flash.
Hunter was my Tech and he kept me informed of what the problem was and how to fix it and my AC is running tip top.

If I ever have AC issues again I am calling Nick’s.

This is my first time working with Nick's Heating & Air Conditioning. My son and my new neighbor have both recommended their company. I
called to set up the appointment  and the woman who answered the phone was professional and pleasant and I did not have to wait too long for an appointment. Prior to the appointment I received several reminders of the upcoming appointment which I appreciated.
Jason D was our service person. He was very professional and thorough. My husband had lots of questions about our system and he answered all of them. We appreciated his patience as well as his knowledge. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing Heating and AC services. We felt good when he left because we knew that we had definitely found someone that we could trust to  maintain our equipment moving forward.

I am very pleased with the work done for me by Nick's heating and AC.  Hunter arrived on time for my service work.  He was very professional and completed the maintenance in a timely fashion.  He found that my capacitor was going bad and gave me the option and price to either change it or not.  He also cleaned my drain lines for the AC unit and gave a thorough servicing of my AC.  Nick's  offered a fair and reasonable price for all the work they did.  I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were great! The woman I talked to on the phone was personable and pleasant. They came out same day. Our technician was wonderful. They had the part we needed in Mandeville and another tech in the area who brought it back to town and they were able to fix it same day. I'll definitely continue to use them in the future.

Jason is great! He is knowledgeable and makes sure our unit is always in tip-top shape.
