  Beckman Bros has been our heating and AC maintenance service for 12 years. They also have replaced both units and did a fantastic job, giving us options that were thoroughly explained. They always answer all of our questions, and leave detailed description of the work they did when in our home.

  Our furnace was well over 15yrs old, had major electrical issues, and the blower motor was on its death bed. I spent a good amount of time going down the ol’ google-hole about furnaces, furnace prices, could I fix it myself, and finding someone actually properly educated and certified to fix them. My Googling came to an end when the blower finally crapped out. I called Beckman Bros who had pretty solid reviews and were local (big plus, support local.) I was pretty surprised at the cheery helpfulness on the phone as I was 100% expecting a verbal eye roll and a visit date of two to three weeks from the date of calling as I had with some roofing companies (another review for another day.) The technician said they’d call right back to try to move their schedule to come out asap and he was able to. He showed me the blower motor and I explained about the electrical issues and we both decided on a new furnace. He got back to me with the quotes from top end to low end, explained everything including rebates, and got us scheduled for that week. Let’s just say I was incredibly happy with the quoted prices. The installation hours were built right into the price with zero hidden fees (which I kept reading about from other companies) plus they even credited the service call cost to the cost of the furnace install. We also got an very modern new thermostat out of the deal. Everything about a dying furnace sucks but I could not recommend this company enough help you through all of it. Stop looking, you’ve found your technicians.

  I originally called for a dryer vent cleaning. However, it was found out my vent hose was beyond repair. My technician arrived on time and did amazing work! My dryer is now working the best it ever has been since I moved into the home. I will be using Beckmann Bros for all my services going forward.
