  Representative came out to my home and quickly gave me an estimate on the work I wanted done and thoroughly explained what the issue was. Left the work area nice and clean and was impressed with the new equipment that was installed! Very high quality work! I highly recommend Thames Heating & Cooling Co.

  What an outstanding customer service experience we have had with this company they were on time very professional and got the whole thing installed. Jim and his team were awesome and explained very thing to us and wore their masks and of course booties over their feet to not track in mud or dirt cleaned everything up before they left we will be calling Thames Heating & Cooling Co again if we need something and after talking with him will be setting up a yearly schedule for cold and summer times for our system for maintenance they have genuine outstanding maintenance program.

  I had an excellent experience with Thames Heating & Cooling Co. The serviceman came out fast and was able to give me a fair estimate. They did an awesome job and were very professional. Additionally, they did not accept payment until ALL the work was done! This is the way to run your business! Thanks for everything ! Would definitely recommend!!
