  Thornton did just a fantastic job. I spoke repeatedly with Brian before we decided to go with them for the installation of a new air conditioning unit. They showed up exactly when they said they would and the whole day, they were professional and careful. At multiple steps along the way, they would pause or change something small just to make sure it was done exactly the right way. I cannot recommend them enough.

  We have been using Thornton Heating and cooling for at least 11+ years for our home and our rental property. As is clear when I interact with the courteous office staff as well as the knowledgeable and friendly technicians, this business clearly values customers and takes pride in providing outstanding service. Thornton people are prompt, reliable, professional—it’s a pleasure to work with them. Highly recommended.

  Wonderful experience, Thornton is always professional and friendly. Every time they help us with our air conditioning and heating it is easy and fast. Today we had a very good experience and the problem was taken care of.
