I was a little iffy about going back to automatic oil delivery at a capped price after using cash on delivery for lowest price. TLC gave me a great sign on price for first delivery, and also a reasonable price for the year. They were always prompt to fill my tank before it got too low, and never hassled about payments. I've just signed contract for my second year with tlc, customer service is extremely cordial, and willing to work with me to satisfy any needs. I highly recommend this oil company.

Spoke with Luna about my bill and budget program. She was absolutely lovely and helped me out. She even noticed that I was overdue for my cleaning and got that scheduled earlier than the June date that was previously given to me. Fabulous customer service from this wonderful lady !

I spoke with O'Neil Dixon and he went above and beyond for me. He answered all questions requested help from his manager and was able to get me a better deal on my oil with correct amount needed to get me through the year. I would recommend this service because it's on time and the customer service was out of this world.
