  They are truly customer service oriented. Honest and reliable. Been with them for 18 years and so glad they have remained true to good service when many other companies have forgotten how to provide service! Only oil company I will use! Matt is great and genuinely is a great employee! I used another company once and won't do that again!

  Disorganized and unprofessional. I've been getting oil from them for years and it's been fine - the price is a bit higher than some of the other companies. They sent me email receipts with amounts not matching the paper slip receipts. I called them for a maintenance job for the first time this year because my regular guy wasn't available, and the boiler started leaking oil afterwards. Then the radiators stopped working one by one. I called for a repair, which cost me $1,000. Then the boiler started leaking water - called again, and was told I need to replace the whole boiler for $10,000. They cracked my boiler and now I'm looking at a complete expensive overhaul. Plus none of their people wore masks in my house. Horrible experience! I'll never do business with them again.

  We got a brand new oil tank put in this fall they did a very good job and got are furnace running when it stoped running came out same day we called. We have been getting oil from them for about 18 years.
