  A couple of weeks ago we had an issue with our heater an so we called advance heating..well we got a fantastic guy named Doug. He was so professional, kind and explained everything to us and above all he fixed it. We have not had any problems since. It’s so nice to get someone so experienced like Doug was...if you ever call advance heating air conditioning please ask for Doug you will not be disappointed..thank you Doug so much.

  Same story here, tried calling and leaving messages over the course of a month on their Groupon line, their service line, and their customer service line, as well as opening a complaint with Groupon. Haven't heard a word back from them.

  I purchased a groupon from this company. i tried calling and leaving messages about booking my appointment with no response back. I finally had to call groupon back and get a refund.
