  The technician that came out was very good, thorough and very professional. He found the problem and corrected easily. What I didn't like was AC Todays Billing practice. I was told $99.00 to come out and what every the technician found. I assume that meant Parts and Labor to put those parts in. It doesn't, it means an extra $150 per hour no matter what, whether it took him 10 minutes and knocking the dust off of a seldom used relay, or spending the whole hour working his butt off. To the Technicians credit he volunteered to check our second AC unit out since we were paying for the rest of the hour anyway. He found one wire wrong and the programing not what he thought it should be. He modified it (again professional). I am happy with that, but it was also installed by AC Today about 3 years ago, so why was it wrong in the first place. Good thing we didn't need heat until this year. I have no problem with AC Today overall, they do good work. I just wish they were a little more clear on the Billing.

  We are really happy we called AC Today when our heat/ac went out during a recent cold snap. They came highly recommended by a good friend and we can definitely see why. Quinton was so knowledgable and helped us to better understand the parts and how things work. He was super friendly and honest, leaving us feeling good about the repair needed. Because of Quinton and all of the great reviews, we will definitely be calling AC Today again when we need our AC serviced.

  Sunday morning my A/C stopped working. I didn't want to call A C Today because of my past experience with them. I did call and was very pleased with the service I received. The tech, Jeff, was prompt and found the problem quickly. He had the part on his truck and installed it on my A/C unit. He went the extra mile and made sure my freon level was where it needed to be. I did find out that this company is under owners and it shows. I will be using them again in the future. I would like to thank Jeff again for his quick diagnoses of the problem.
