Service technician was here yesterday for my 6 month maintenance.   He was excellent. He was on time,  very courteous and professional.   Every time my maintenance is due the company always makes my appointments that are convenient for me and all the service professionals are that, PROFESSIONAL.  I am very impressed with this company.  They have handled my AC needs for many years and I recommend them highly.

Patrick was professional, courteous, and reliable fixing our AC older units during the pandemic during which replacement parts are challenging to find. He has provided very useful information to us regarding our AC units and how to get the maximum usage out of them. Patrick went the extra mile for us, and we won't hesitate to contact Climatic Conditioning in the future for anything regarding AC products - especially while Patrick is available to help us.

James performed maintenance on my fairly new Carrier unit. There were no issues. He even vacuumed the pull down grill which covers the filter. That's not always done in the past. I've done it but have to climb a ladder with vacuum in hand. Not easy. Good job.

An excellent experience with this company from the moment I called and talked to reception and scheduling.  Very responsive, patient and able to answer questions in a professional kind manner. I was able to get my AC maintenance scheduled quickly. Grey was my technician and couldn't have been more professional and clear about how he was cleaning two of our units.  He explained everything.  It was very thorough and he also provided recommendations on settings and maintenance.  I will definitely use them again.

The tech, "Grey", was punctual, professional, and did a thorough maintenance. He was willing to vacuum the grate (in a 12-ft ceiling dwelling) and provided tips to increase efficiency and longevity of system. Would recommend him EVERY time.

I highly recommend Climatic conditioning Co., Inc. for anyone's HVAC needs. I had my residential Carrier system installed in 2019. Being a 27 year federal Architect / Engineer I had certain request and requirements of the HVAC equipment packages and proposals. Rick Stehle of Climatic conditioning Co., Inc. was the only HVAC contractor that gave me what I asked for and presented more than I asked for!

The service technician Mr. James Fennessy was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and cordial. James took time to review all that he checked on my HVAC system and was clean and neat about his work. Consider that high phrase from a 27 year Federal A/E that inspected hundreds of contractors work.

Gray did an excelled in for us. On time, polite, thorough and went the extra mile. He took time to educate us and answered all our questions. We have a service contract with them and they make it all easy.

Service technician was wonderful. Professional, on time and performed all necessary work. He informed me of the condition of. my system. I highly recommend Climatic Conditioning.
