On a very hot day, with guests in town, our AC unit began falling behind and couldn't push the temp in our house below 77 degrees. I called 1st State Comfort and they were able to get to me within about an hour. They found a way to squeeze me into their schedule and even followed up to make sure it was still functioning ok after they left. I really appreciated their flexibility to get to us as quickly as they could and I was not left with a big bill at the end of the day. I will no longer be afraid to call my HVAC company! Thank you guys!

Refuses customers away and very rude. Look elsewhere. We did and paid less and got the job done accurately

Is this your way of saying thank you for allowing you to slow pay us on your your terms, not ours, after your installing contractor wouldn't return to fix your problem? Shame on you.
